Circuit Court Appeals

Decisions of the District Court can be appealed to the Circuit Court with some exceptions. Appeals proceed by way of a full rehearing and the decision of the Circuit Court is final (unless the severity of a sentence is the sole matter in issue). We provide legal advice and representation for Circuit Court Appeals in relation to criminal law. We will lodge all documents in the relevant court office and apply for an extension of time to appeal if the client is outside the appeal time limit of fourteen days.
