Setting Up Trusts
Often a trust can be created in a will in order to protect the interests of dependent children, or adults with a disability. The setting up of a trust will depend on the type of trust established and what provisions have been made in the will.
Healy O’Connor Solicitors can guide you through this process of creating different types of trust to include the following:
- Trusts for minors/trusts affected by the Succession Act, 1965
- Life interests established by will
- Fixed trusts established by will, and
- Discretionary trusts established by will.
