A man will appear in the District Court this morning in relation to the death of a man crushed by a double-decker bus last week. It is understood the man will be charged with manslaughter after the victim was assaulted whereby he lost his balance and fell in front of the bus. The deceased has now been named as Eoghan Dudley. A man was arrested on Friday after the incident and is understood to be deaf and dumb. The two men became involved in an altercation on Nassau Street which resulted in his fall onto the street. The victim suffered severe personal injuries to his head. As hs had no ID he was identified by tattoos and piercings. It is not known yet if any further Criminal Charges will be brought.
